TCSL-29型差示掃描量熱儀應(yīng)用范圍有:對(duì)材料氧化誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間的測(cè)定,高分子材料的固化反應(yīng)溫度和熱效應(yīng)、物質(zhì)相變溫度及其熱效應(yīng)測(cè)定、高聚物材料的結(jié)晶、熔融溫度及其熱效應(yīng)測(cè)定、高聚物材料的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度等。實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象為:固態(tài)、液態(tài)、粘稠試樣,除了氣體。將試樣和參比物分別放入坩堝,置于爐中進(jìn)行程序加熱,改變?cè)嚇雍蛥⒈任锏臏囟?。若參比物和試樣的熱容相同,試樣又無熱效應(yīng)時(shí),則二者的溫差近乎為“零”,此時(shí)得到一條平滑的曲線。隨著溫度的增加,試樣產(chǎn)生了熱效應(yīng),而參比物未產(chǎn)生熱效應(yīng),二者之間就產(chǎn)生了溫差,在DTA曲線中表現(xiàn)為峰,溫差越大,峰也越大,溫差變化次數(shù)越多,峰的數(shù)目也越多。峰頂向上的峰稱為放熱峰,峰頂向下的峰稱為吸熱峰。

The sample and the reference substance were put into a crucible and placed in a furnace for program heating to change the temperature of the sample and the reference substance. If the heat capacity of the reference material and the sample is the same, and the sample has no thermal effect, then the temperature difference between the two is almost "zero", and a smooth curve is obtained. With the increase of temperature, the sample produces a thermal effect, while the reference substance does not, and the temperature difference between the two produces a peak, which is shown in the DTA curve. The greater the temperature difference, the larger the peak, the more the temperature difference changes, and the more the number of peaks. Peaks with upward peaks are called exothermic peaks and peaks with downward peaks are called endothermic peaks.
