高強度螺栓連接副扭轉試驗臺
1、主機的概述
1.1功能:高強螺栓連接副扭矩系數(shù)試驗臺主要用于結構鋼高強度大六角頭螺栓連接副及螺母保證載荷以及破壞載荷、破壞扭矩試驗,鋼結構用扭剪型高強度螺栓連接副的緊固軸力及螺母的扭矩系數(shù)、支承面摩擦系數(shù)、螺紋摩擦系數(shù)等性能試驗。配合相關夾具,可以實現(xiàn)金屬棒材,齒輪,軸類等相關部件的力學相關測試。
1.2產(chǎn)品功能:
適于12.9級、10.9級、9.8級、8.8級螺栓、螺母、螺柱等緊固件及其連接副的力學性能測試及研究,包含:螺栓連接副的夾緊力F、緊固扭矩T、螺紋扭矩Tth、支承面摩擦扭矩Tb、轉角θ、扭矩系數(shù)K、總摩擦系數(shù)μtot、螺紋摩擦系數(shù)μth、支承面摩擦系數(shù)μb、屈服夾緊力Fy、屈服緊固扭矩Ty、極限夾緊力Fu、極限緊固扭矩Tu。。

1.4 試驗臺的工作環(huán)境要求
n 在室溫100C~350C范圍內,相對濕度≤80%;
n 在穩(wěn)固的基礎或工作臺上;
n 在無震動及周圍無腐蝕性介質的環(huán)境中;
n 電源為符合電壓380V±10%,頻率(50±1)Hz的電源,為三相五線制,必須有可靠的接地措施。

1. main loading frame
1.1 functions: high strength bolting assemblies torsion test bench is main suitable for test the nut proof and breaking load, torque breaking for high strength bolts with large hexagon head for steel structures, and for test the fastening axial force, torque coefficient of nut, bearing surface friction torque, coefficient of friction between threads and coefficient of total friction of torshear type high strength bolt hexagon nut. If equipped with relative test grips, it can also complete mechanical test of metal rod, gear ,shaft, etc.

Suitable for mechanical property test and research for fastener and assemblies such as bolts, nuts and stud with grade of 12.9,10.9,9.8 and 8.8.
