楔形流量計(jì)是一種差壓式流量?jī)x表,利用其內(nèi)部安裝的特殊節(jié)流件,迫使管道中的流體的流動(dòng)發(fā)生變化,在節(jié)流件的前后產(chǎn)生壓力差,從而達(dá)到測(cè)量流量的目的。
楔式流量計(jì)工作原理Working principle
流體通過(guò)模形流量計(jì)時(shí),由于模塊的節(jié)流作用,在其上、下游側(cè)產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)與流量值成平方關(guān)系的差壓,將此差壓從楔塊兩側(cè)取壓口引出,送至差壓變送器轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娦盘?hào)輸出,再經(jīng)專用智能流量計(jì)算儀運(yùn)算后,即可獲知流量值。
When the fluid passes through the wedge-shape flowmeter,a differential pressure in square relationship to the value of the flow on the upstream and downstream sides due to the throttling effect of the wedge occurs.Divert the differential pressure from the pressure-tapping holes on both sides of the wedge and send it to the differential pressure transmitter to be converted into electric signals before output,which are then calculated by a special intellignet flow calculator,and the value of the flow can be acquired.
