HZ-15混凝土電動鉆孔取芯機(jī)使用前準(zhǔn)備工作：
★為保證安全正常工作,使用前,先閱讀使用說明書,熟悉鉆機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和使用方法
★把鉆機(jī)各部分擦干凈,立柱的齒條部位加20號機(jī)械油(GB443-64)潤滑.
★在需鉆孔處先用電鉆打一個∮19×50孔一個,將鉆機(jī)移至工作處,調(diào)整支承螺釘,用水平儀觀察至水平,此時兩滾輪應(yīng)離地,然后把膨脹螺栓按在∮19×50的孔處上緊。
★鉆機(jī)固定好后，將水嘴接上水源，擰開水源開關(guān)，檢查是否有水流出，如有則屬正常。
★按要求打孔的尺寸裝上鉆頭。
★接通電路，打開電器開關(guān)，空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)幾分鐘，并轉(zhuǎn)動進(jìn)給手柄，檢查是否靈活，動作可靠，如各部件動作靈活時方向進(jìn)行操作。

注意事項：
★孔時，應(yīng)手感阻力不大，切削平穩(wěn)，鉆時進(jìn)給速度為4-5m/min左右當(dāng)鉆孔接近完畢時，由于切削力的改變，鉆孔有些震動，此時要適當(dāng)降低進(jìn)給速度，當(dāng)切削完畢時，應(yīng)立即快速提升鉆頭直至刃口脫離工作，并關(guān)閉鉆機(jī)和切斷水源。
★整個鉆進(jìn)過程必須保持充分水冷卻。從鉆進(jìn)物體槽中觀察，即表示水供應(yīng)不足，需停鉆進(jìn)行檢查。但當(dāng)鉆削將完畢時，水流入下層而不外溢，此屬正常。
★鉆孔中和鉆進(jìn)結(jié)束快速提升鉆頭時，不得停車，而應(yīng)待鉆頭剛剛脫離工作時，停止主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，再將鉆頭提升。
★鉆進(jìn)中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)鉆頭受卡，應(yīng)迅速將鉆頭提升一段，然后再慢慢鉆入，切忌硬性鉆進(jìn)而打壞鉆頭。
★如鉆進(jìn)過程中，電機(jī)溫度超過70℃，應(yīng)暫進(jìn)停機(jī)，待冷卻后再使用。
★撥動開關(guān)鈕，正向轉(zhuǎn)動操作手柄，使鉆頭慢慢接觸凝土表面，待鉆頭刀部入槽后，方可加壓進(jìn)鉆。
★如在進(jìn)鉆過程中，出現(xiàn)鉆頭不能進(jìn)鉆，鉆頭表面金剛石部分沒有全部露出，需用強(qiáng)磨耗材料(如耐火磚，砂輪等)開刃，使鉆頭表面層金剛石*露出，此時用手摸表面層，有毛糙感，方可進(jìn)鉆。

It is necessary to use a strong wear material (such as refractory brick, grinding wheel, etc.) to open the surface of the drill bit surface. Touch the surface layer and have a rough feel before you can drill.
維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)：

★鉆頭裝入主軸前，應(yīng)在兩件連結(jié)螺紋處加入鈣基潤滑脂，再擰緊，以便拆卸時方便。
★長期停止工作的鉆機(jī)，重新使用時，必須測試?yán)@阻與機(jī)殼間的絕緣電阻，其數(shù)值應(yīng)不少于5 M。
★鉆頭刃口磨損和崩裂嚴(yán)重應(yīng)更換鉆頭，以免在鉆削過程中損壞電機(jī)而不能繼續(xù)作業(yè)。
★必須定期檢查電源線，插頭，開關(guān)，炭刷，換向器，以免使用時發(fā)生事故。
