三、隔墻板抗沖擊試驗(yàn)儀使用方法:
1、取條板三塊為一組樣本，組裝并固定，上下鋼管中心距離為板長減去100mm，即（L-100）mm。板縫用與板材材質(zhì)相符的專用砂漿粘結(jié)，板與板之間擠緊，接縫處用玻璃纖維布搭接，并用砂漿壓實(shí)、刮平。
2、24h后將裝有30kg重，粒徑2mm以下細(xì)砂的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砂袋用直徑10mm左右的繩子固定在其中心距板面100mm的鋼環(huán)上，使砂袋垂懸狀態(tài)時(shí)的重心位于L/2高度處。
3、以繩長為半徑延沿圓弧將砂袋在板面垂直的平面內(nèi)拉開，使重心提高500mm（標(biāo)尺測(cè)量），然后自由擺動(dòng)下落，沖擊設(shè)定位置，反復(fù)5次。
4、試驗(yàn)結(jié)束僅適用于所測(cè)條板長度尺寸以內(nèi)的條板。

The joints are covered with fiberglass cloth and compacted and smoothed with mortar.
2. After 24h, a standard sａnd bag with a weight of 30kg and a fine sａnd of 2mm or less is fixed with a rope with a diameter of about 10mm on a steel ring with a center of 100mm from the plate surface, so that the center of gravity of the sａnd bag is in the hanging state. /2 height.
3. Extend the sａnd bag along the arc with the length of the rope as the radius. Increase the center of gravity by 500mm (measured by the ruler), then swing freely and impact the set position for 5 times.
4. The end of the test is only applicable to the strips within the length of the measured strip.
