砌墻磚成型試模符合GB/T 2542-2012《砌墻磚試驗(yàn)方法》和GB/T 25044-2012《砌墻磚抗壓強(qiáng)度試樣制備設(shè)備通用要求》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法要求，分一次成型模具和二次成型模具兩種。
The test mold for forming brick wall bricks complies with the requirements of compressive strength test methods in the standards of GB / T 2542-2012 "Test methods for brick wall bricks" and GB / T 25044-2012 "General requirements for equipment for preparing compressive strength samples for brick wall bricks". There are two types of primary mold and secondary mold.
砌墻磚成型試模尺寸：
1、一次成型試模組裝后型腔尺寸為：長120mm±15mm（可調(diào)節(jié)）； 寬120mm±10mm（可調(diào)節(jié)）；高115mm±5mm
2、二次成型試模組裝后型腔尺寸為：長240mm±15mm（可調(diào)節(jié)）； 寬120mm±10mm（可調(diào)節(jié)）； 高65mm±5mm
Brick wall mold test mold size:
1. The size of the cavity after the one-shot test mold assembly is: 120mm ± 15mm (adjustable); 120mm ± 10mm (adjustable); 115mm ± 5mm

砌墻磚成型試模使用方法：
1、一次成型試模組裝后，用潤滑油進(jìn)行抹刷，然后把磚試樣放入試模中，在中間和兩邊插入插板以確定厚度，前后方向用膠皮密封，初步擰緊螺絲固定試樣，取出插板，A終擰緊螺絲。把固定好樣品的試模放到振動(dòng)臺(tái)上加入專用凈漿制樣。
2、二次成型試模組裝后，用潤滑油進(jìn)行抹刷，放入專用凈漿材料，然后把磚試樣放入試模中的頂絲上，頂絲保證凈漿厚度不超過3mm，用螺絲把試樣固定，放到振動(dòng)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行振動(dòng)，待凈漿材料硬化后拆模重新對(duì)另一面進(jìn)行加工。
How to use the wall mold forming test mold:
1. After the molding test mold is assembled once, wipe it with lubricating oil, then put the brick sample into the test mold, insert the insert plate in the middle and both sides to determine the thickness, seal it with rubber in the front and back direction, and tighten the screw to fix the test In the same way, remove the plug-in board, and finally tighten the screws. Put the fixed mold on the shaking table and add special pure slurry to prepare the sample.
2. After the secondary molding test mold is assembled, wipe it with lubricating oil, put in special cleansing material, and then put the brick sample on the top wire in the test mold. The top wire ensures that the thickness of the clean pulp does not exceed 3mm. Fix the sample with screws, place it on a shaking table, and shake it. After the paste material is hardened, remove the mold and process the other side again.
砌墻磚成型試模保養(yǎng)：
試模使用結(jié)束后，把試模表面用鏟刀清理干凈，然后用潤滑油進(jìn)行涂涮，以方便下次使用。
