一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：漆膜干燥時(shí)間測(cè)定器依據(jù)GB/T 1728-89設(shè)計(jì)制造。在規(guī)定的干燥條件下，表層膜干時(shí)間為表干時(shí)間。全部形成固體涂膜的時(shí)間為實(shí)際干燥時(shí)間，以小時(shí)計(jì)。適用于涂膜、膩?zhàn)幽?shí)際干燥時(shí)間測(cè)定。
QGS paint film drying time tester is designed and manufactured according to GB / T 1728-89. Under the specified drying conditions, the surface film drying time is the surface drying time. The time for which all solid coating films are formed is the actual drying time in hours. It is suitable for measuring the actual drying time of coating film and putty film.
二、使用說明：
★涂在適當(dāng)表面上的油漆試樣從流體層變成漆膜之物理化學(xué)過程，謂之干燥。
★干燥過程分為二個(gè)主要階段：
★所涂試樣表面上，形成微薄的漆膜時(shí)，謂之表面干燥。
★所涂油漆全部厚度都結(jié)成漆膜時(shí)，謂之實(shí)際干燥。

★ The drying process is divided into two main stages:
★ When a thin paint film is formed on the surface of the coated sample, the surface is said to be dry.
★ When all the thickness of the paint is formed into a paint film, it is said to be actually dry.

四、操作步驟：
試驗(yàn)前準(zhǔn)備工作：
★調(diào)整砝碼重量，使達(dá)到要求；
★把脫脂棉做成1立方厘米疏松的棉球。
★按照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的技術(shù)條件制備樣板并做完表面干燥的測(cè)定，然后再將樣板置干燥箱里（照操作規(guī)格）進(jìn)行干燥。
★按產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的實(shí)際干燥時(shí)間，取出按干燥情況每隔若干時(shí)間試驗(yàn)其干燥程度。
★試驗(yàn)時(shí)在漆膜表面上方一棉球，在棉球上輕輕放上油漆干燥試驗(yàn)砝碼，并同時(shí)開動(dòng)秒表，經(jīng)30分秒后，將砝碼和棉球拿掉，漆膜上若不 有棉球痕跡，即達(dá)到了實(shí)際干燥程度。

Preparations before the test:
★ Adjust the weight to meet the requirements;
★ Make absorbent cotton into 1 cm3 loose cotton ball.
★ Prepare the sample plate according to the technical conditions specified in the product standard and finish the surface drying measurement, and then place the sample plate in a drying box (according to the operating specifications) to dry.
★ According to the actual drying time stipulated in the product standard, take out and test the drying degree at regular intervals according to the drying conditions.
★ During the test, put a cotton ball on the surface of the paint film, put the paint dry test weight on the cotton ball gently, and start the stopwatch at the same time. After 30 minutes, remove the weight and the cotton ball. No traces of cotton balls remain, that is, the actual dryness is achieved.
