三、調(diào)試與安裝：
★啟動(dòng)前 先檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)部分與料筒是否有刮碰現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整。
★減速箱應(yīng)注入機(jī)油后方能使用，卸料蝸輪會(huì)及滑動(dòng)軸承處注入機(jī)油。
★清理料筒內(nèi)染料。洛杉磯擱板式磨耗試驗(yàn)機(jī)
★啟動(dòng)前將筒體限裝置鎖緊，然后再啟動(dòng)。
★啟開(kāi)后發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向不符合要求時(shí)，應(yīng)切斷電源，將導(dǎo)線的任意兩根相線互換位置，再重新啟動(dòng)。
★根據(jù)磨耗時(shí)間調(diào)整時(shí)間繼電器的定時(shí)，注意在斷電情況下調(diào)整。
★按動(dòng)啟動(dòng)按鈕。
★達(dá)到調(diào)定時(shí)間后自動(dòng)停車。

四、使用方法：
★試車前必須檢查線路是否完好，（輸入電源必須為三火）按點(diǎn)動(dòng)鍵，滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)是否正常（按筒上箭頭方向，如果轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向相反，把輸入380V中兩相火線調(diào)換即改變）同時(shí)將LED顯示屏清零再把予置撥碼開(kāi)關(guān)調(diào)到所試驗(yàn)次數(shù)，按啟動(dòng)鍵開(kāi)始工作，如有特殊情況請(qǐng)按“暫?！辨I,機(jī)器停止工作,待故障排除后再次按“啟動(dòng)”鍵機(jī)器恢復(fù)工作.
★將試驗(yàn)的碎石料和鋼球裝入筒內(nèi)，密封蓋好，擰緊螺釘，開(kāi)動(dòng)儀器轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)500轉(zhuǎn)或1000轉(zhuǎn)后自動(dòng)停止。此時(shí)出料口在中上位置，便于打開(kāi)密封蓋，打開(kāi)蓋后，按點(diǎn)動(dòng)鍵，使出料口轉(zhuǎn)向下方，松開(kāi)按鍵試筒停止，取出試件。
★用直徑2mm圓孔篩或邊長(zhǎng)1.7mm方孔篩，篩去試樣中的石屑，用水沖洗留在篩上的碎石，烘干、恒重，準(zhǔn)確稱出重量。
How to use Los Angeles Abrasion Meter:

五、計(jì)算方法：
★按下列計(jì)算石料磨耗率 至0.1% Q磨=(G1-G2)/G1×% 式中：Q磨--石料的磨耗率% G1--裝入筒中碎石之原重量g G2--試驗(yàn)后，洗凈烘干之重量g
★試驗(yàn)結(jié)果兩次試驗(yàn)之平均值，兩次誤差不大于2%否則重新試驗(yàn)。

七、注意事項(xiàng)：
