砂漿分層度測定儀是我公司依照J(rèn)GJ70-2009建筑砂漿基本性能試驗(yàn)方法設(shè)計(jì)制造，主要用于測得砂漿在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及停放時(shí)的保水能力即稠度的穩(wěn)定性。

砂漿分層度測定儀試驗(yàn)步驟：
將拌和好的砂漿 行稠度試驗(yàn)，然后將同批砂漿（或經(jīng)稠度試驗(yàn)的砂漿重新拌和均勻）一次注滿分層度筒。
靜置30分鐘后，再取容器下部1/3部分的砂漿 即：去掉上層20厘米砂漿，然后取出底層10厘米砂漿重新拌勻再測定砂漿稠度。
兩次砂漿稠度的差值，即為砂漿的分層度（厘米）。
砂漿的分層度應(yīng)取兩次試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的算術(shù)平均值。
Test steps of mortar layer tester:
The mixed mortar is subjected to a consistency test, and then the same batch of mortar (or the mortar that has undergone the consistency test is re-mixed evenly) once into the full-scale layer cylinder.
After standing for 30 minutes, take the mortar in the lower third of the container, that is, remove the upper 20 cm mortar, then take out the bottom 10 cm mortar and mix again to determine the mortar consistency.
The difference between the two consistency of the mortar is the delamination (cm) of the mortar.
The delamination of the mortar shall be the arithmetic mean of the two test results.
砂漿分層度測定儀維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：
儀器設(shè)備不準(zhǔn)隨意拆改或解體使用，確因需要開發(fā)新功能或改造更新等，需按分 管理權(quán)限，履行審批手續(xù)后再實(shí)施。
經(jīng)常進(jìn)行 設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)與維護(hù)，并存放在干燥通風(fēng)之處，待用時(shí)間過長儀器設(shè)備，應(yīng)定期通電開機(jī)，防止潮霉損壞儀器設(shè)備其零部件。
建立大型精度、貴重 備技術(shù)指標(biāo)定期校驗(yàn)和標(biāo)定制度，保持應(yīng)有的技術(shù)指標(biāo)。做好使用原始記錄。
