砌墻磚收縮膨脹儀注意事項:
★使用時,忌用手直接與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒接觸,應(yīng)持外外套部分,以防止標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒受人體手溫的影響。
★儀器用完畢后,應(yīng)將測量框架的測量頭和百分表探拭凈,并涂以鐘表油;測試過程中,應(yīng)使百分表的測頭緩慢而平穩(wěn)地與試件接觸,不允許沖擊和碰撞,嚴(yán)禁將百分表測桿頂過A大量程范圍,以免影響表的靈敏度和使用壽命。

★先將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒置于工作臺上,擰動調(diào)整螺絲使之近似垂直。
★將測量框架置于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)棒的頂頭,調(diào)整螺桿和螺母,使百分表對準(zhǔn)零位(或記下百分表之刻度)。
★將制作養(yǎng)護(hù)好的試件兩端擦拭凈,然后放置在工作臺上,然后把測量框架套在試件上,并左右移動表框,使試件與測量框架的測量頭準(zhǔn)確地接觸,此時即可開始讀數(shù),并記錄下表盤上的刻度值。
