三、工作原理:

四、使用方法:
★接通HMP-150型混凝土芯樣磨平機(jī)電源及水源。
★根據(jù)芯樣直徑選擇相應(yīng)的夾具,將芯樣夾緊并轉(zhuǎn)到底盤中位置后將夾具立柱索緊。
★松開上、下索緊手輪,轉(zhuǎn)動升降手輪,當(dāng)磨輪端面距芯樣端面1mm時停止。然后索緊上索緊手柄,開啟進(jìn)水嘴閥門通水,并閉合電源開關(guān),使磨輪轉(zhuǎn)動,然后逆時針轉(zhuǎn)動手輪,并使磨頭下降。當(dāng)磨輪端面接觸試樣端面時擺動磨頭進(jìn)行磨削。這樣不斷地使磨輪下降直至磨平試樣端面。
★磨削完畢,關(guān)閉電源及水嘴閥。使其處于上 限位置。
★松開夾具索緊手柄,將夾具同試件一同取下并反向按裝。重復(fù)2、3、4動作磨削另一端面。直至芯樣端面符合要求為止

五、操作規(guī)程;

六、注意事項:
★芯樣端面磨削要求質(zhì)量高,為了防止工作發(fā)生振動,磨平機(jī)工作時應(yīng)放在地質(zhì)較硬的地方,并仔細(xì)調(diào)正地腳螺釘使底盤放平
★磨輪在磨削中會產(chǎn)生較高熱量,為了保證磨輪的使用壽命,嚴(yán)禁在無水情況下進(jìn)行磨削。
★水源應(yīng)該有足夠的水壓,在水壓較低時,當(dāng)磨輪旋轉(zhuǎn)后水流會因受到阻力,磨輪部位會無水噴出。此時可用水管直接將水噴在試件磨削平面上,以保證正常工作。
★在磨輪A次使用時或當(dāng)磨輪金鋼石顆粒磨鈍,使削磨發(fā)生困難時可用耐火太磚或砂磚待磨輪端面有金剛石顆粒露出即可)。
★芯樣裝在夾具上,應(yīng)使芯樣兩端面露出長度相同為宜。當(dāng)一端磨好后反向磨削另一面時,不應(yīng)松動夾具緊固螺絲以保證芯樣兩端的平行度與端面與軸線的垂直度。
★混凝土磨平機(jī)在使用現(xiàn)場應(yīng)有可靠的接地裝置,以防意外事故發(fā)生。
★混凝土磨平機(jī)用后應(yīng)擦拭干凈。

★ The core sample is mounted on the fixture, and the two ends of the core sample should be exposed at the same length. When one end is ground and the other side is ground in the opposite direction, the clamp fastening screws should not be loosened to ensure the parallelism of the two ends of the core sample and the perpendicularity of the end surface and the axis.
