污泥回流泵是在潛水?dāng)嚢铏C(jī)(推進(jìn)器)基礎(chǔ)上，為二級(jí)污水處理廠混合液回流、反硝化脫氧的設(shè)備，具有性能*、操作方便、可靠性高、 回流量大、效率高等特點(diǎn)。亦可用于地面排水，灌溉及廢水再循環(huán)等需要微揚(yáng)程、大流量場(chǎng)合。

1.連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)，介質(zhì)溫度不高于40C

2.介質(zhì)PH值4~ 10。

1.按微揚(yáng)程，大流量專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)，效率高。

2.水力部件螺旋漿采用后掠式葉片設(shè)計(jì)，抗堵塞，抗纏繞，使用可靠。

3.結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外型流暢,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高安裝維修方便。

4.電纜出線采用了特別結(jié)構(gòu)，排除了因人為拉扯、電纜外套破碎、電纜老化等偶然因素導(dǎo)致的漏水、漏電、短路、定

子線圈燒毀，有效地降低了整機(jī)上部進(jìn)水出現(xiàn)故障的概率。

5.考慮到污泥回流泵在啟動(dòng)和運(yùn)行時(shí)可能發(fā)生的狀況，內(nèi)置了多項(xiàng)預(yù)警傳感器，包括有接線室、電機(jī)腔和油室腔內(nèi)滲

漏，上下軸承和電機(jī)線圈溫升。在外置控制柜中有缺相、短路、過(guò)流及水位控制等保護(hù)。
