2.攪拌機(jī)所需要的配套功率是按容積大小，攪拌液體的密度、粘度和攪拌深度而確定的，根據(jù)具體情況應(yīng)采用一臺(tái)或多

臺(tái)攪拌機(jī)。

3.注明導(dǎo)軌長度、電纜線長度(常規(guī)10米)、材質(zhì)要求(常規(guī)碳鋼)、防腐要求(常規(guī)油漆防腐)、電控要求。

4.未注明特殊要求，均按本公司常規(guī)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。

5.用戶土建時(shí)，請(qǐng)根據(jù)本公司產(chǎn)品安裝示意圖進(jìn)行預(yù)埋，預(yù)埋件應(yīng)符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定，不在供貨范圍內(nèi)。

又產(chǎn)生一次革命性的飛躍，產(chǎn)品的可靠性、綜合技術(shù)指標(biāo)居國內(nèi)地位，達(dá)到目前*同類產(chǎn)品的*水平。推流式潛水?dāng)嚢铏C(jī)是一種新型、高效潛水?dāng)嚢柩b置，該設(shè)備主要由潛水電機(jī)、密封機(jī)構(gòu)、葉輪、導(dǎo)流罩、手搖卷揚(yáng)機(jī)構(gòu)、電氣控制等部分構(gòu)成。攪拌葉輪在電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌液體產(chǎn)生旋向射流，利用沿著射流表面的剪切應(yīng)力來進(jìn)行混合，使流場(chǎng)以外的液體通過磨擦產(chǎn)生攪拌作用，在極度混合的同時(shí)，形成體積流，應(yīng)用大體積流動(dòng)模式得到受控流體的輸送。

推流式低速潛水?dāng)嚢铏C(jī)，由潛水電機(jī)減速機(jī)、螺旋推進(jìn)葉輪、密封機(jī)構(gòu)、手搖卷揚(yáng)機(jī)構(gòu)、電氣控制等部分組成。

螺旋葉輪在電機(jī)和減速機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)下低速旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生大體積流場(chǎng)，應(yīng)用大體積流動(dòng)模式來得到快速的受控流體輸送，同時(shí)環(huán)形流

動(dòng)模式確保了全部容池內(nèi)的液體都能反復(fù)通過極度混合區(qū)。

性能特點(diǎn)

1.攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作維護(hù)簡便、安裝檢修方便、使用壽命長;

2.葉輪采用近年的水力設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，效率高，比同類產(chǎn)品高15~ 20%，無纏繞堵塞現(xiàn)象;

3.電纜出線采用了特別結(jié)構(gòu)，排除了因人為拉扯、電纜外套破碎、電纜老化等偶然因素導(dǎo)致的漏水、漏電、短路、定子

線圈燒毀，有效地降低了整機(jī)上部進(jìn)水出現(xiàn)故障的概率。
