葉輪產(chǎn)生壓力經(jīng)噴嘴孔口產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)勁水流與空氣混合噴射, 使氧在水中移動(dòng)效率高, 同時(shí)達(dá)到良好攪拌效果, 可保持活性污泥浮游必須流速。

安靜無(wú)噪音：

本機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)水中運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式, 低回轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)、低噪音: 陸上空氣進(jìn)氣導(dǎo)管可加裝消音設(shè)備, 此外無(wú)須其他消音室設(shè)備, 降低成本。

易安裝維護(hù)：

自動(dòng)著脫裝置與不附著脫裝置二種可供選擇, 安裝簡(jiǎn)單維護(hù)容易, 節(jié)省操作費(fèi)用。

構(gòu)造說(shuō)明：

本沉水噴流曝氣機(jī)使用曝氣設(shè)計(jì)泵, 與氣泡產(chǎn)生部和自動(dòng)著脫裝置組成一體。

曝氣泵：

曝氣設(shè)計(jì)泵, 使用不阻塞污物型高效能葉輪, 不阻塞、壽命長(zhǎng)。

氣泡產(chǎn)生部：

由進(jìn)氣導(dǎo)管、噴嘴座、混氣室、擴(kuò)散管所組成, 水流經(jīng)連接于泵出口之噴嘴座高速射入混氣室, 空氣由進(jìn)氣導(dǎo)管引導(dǎo)至混氣室與水流結(jié)合, 經(jīng)擴(kuò)散管排出。

自動(dòng)著脫裝置：

由引導(dǎo)管、引導(dǎo)板、著脫本體所組成, 當(dāng)機(jī)組維護(hù)時(shí), 可依著脫裝置直接將泵浦從水中經(jīng)引導(dǎo)管拉至槽外。
