氟塑料泵：氟塑料泵具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性，適用于無(wú)機(jī)酸、堿、鹽溶液和絕大多數(shù)有機(jī)介質(zhì)的輸送。在塑料泵中耐溫較高、耐蝕性較好。氟塑料創(chuàng)始于1934年，Schloffer，Scherer發(fā)現(xiàn)聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)。1938年DuPont公司的R.J.P1unkett發(fā)現(xiàn)聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)并于1949年實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化。繼而英國(guó)的ICI，德國(guó)的Hoechst，**的大金工業(yè)，意大利的Montefluos等相繼投產(chǎn)。主要的氟塑料品種列下:

進(jìn)口耐酸泵如何選型：

1. 鹽酸 用泵

常用的鹽酸的較高濃度為38%，所以，鹽酸用泵基本上只要是過(guò)流部件材質(zhì)為塑料就行了，但如果從使用壽命、性價(jià)比等方面來(lái)考慮的話，可以選用氟合金離心泵或磁力泵，這二種泵的價(jià)格、性能都令人滿意。

2、硫酸 用泵

硫酸用泵分為稀硫酸用泵與濃硫酸用泵，前者可選范圍較大，稀硫酸泵可以選工程塑料泵、陶瓷泵、或F46泵、F26泵，后者(濃硫酸泵)只能選擇氟塑料(F46)泵了，因?yàn)闈饬蛩釙?huì)腐蝕普通的工程塑料，而氟塑料則不會(huì)被腐蝕。還要注意的是濃硫酸的密度較高，選泵的時(shí)候電機(jī)功率要注意配大，簡(jiǎn)單的算法為“軸功率”*1.84即為輸送濃硫酸時(shí)的軸功率。

腐蝕性非常強(qiáng)，建議選用氟塑料磁力泵，(且一定要將該系列泵的陶瓷件換成耐的材料)

4、硝酸泵

硝酸輸送泵也建議選用氟塑料磁力泵，且橡膠密封圈要換成四氟材質(zhì)的。
