結(jié)構(gòu)：

泵的主要零件有泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、雙吸密封環(huán)、軸承和軸承體等。泵體與泵蓋為鑄鐵制成，共同構(gòu)成葉輪的工作室，泵體進(jìn)、出水法蘭盤(pán)上有安裝壓力計(jì)和真空計(jì)的管螺孔，管徑低處有的管螺孔。葉輪為雙側(cè)進(jìn)水。其形狀是對(duì)稱的，出廠時(shí)經(jīng)靜平衡試驗(yàn)。軸承：本系列泵的結(jié)構(gòu)分甲、乙兩種形式，甲式的采用滾動(dòng)軸承，用黃油潤(rùn)滑；乙式采用滑動(dòng)軸承，用稀油潤(rùn)滑?？拷?lián)軸器一端的通稱軸承甲部件，另一端稱軸承乙部件由于葉輪是對(duì)稱的，其本身就平衡了軸向力，由于制造誤差等產(chǎn)生的殘余軸向力由軸承乙部件中的單列向心軸承平衡。甲式結(jié)構(gòu)的軸承體部件是籍軸承體壓蓋固定在泵體上，由于該壓蓋是裝配后與泵體同時(shí)鏜孔，不具備互換性，所以壓蓋損壞后不能更換。軸封：泵的軸封由填料室、填料壓蓋、填料環(huán)、填料套、填料、軸套共同構(gòu)成。泵蓋內(nèi)的少量高壓水通過(guò)水封管及填料環(huán)流入填料室中。有些泵沒(méi)有外裝水封管，在泵蓋的中開(kāi)向上有預(yù)先鑄出的兩條溝槽，代替了外裝水封管。填料的松緊程度，以液體能一滴一滴滲出為準(zhǔn)。填料壓得過(guò)緊，軸套易發(fā)熱，軸套表面很快就被磨損。泵的傳動(dòng)是通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器由電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。從傳動(dòng)端看，泵為逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)

包括外殼結(jié)構(gòu)和轉(zhuǎn)子部件結(jié)構(gòu)，所述外殼結(jié)構(gòu)的中部形成共中心線的進(jìn)水口和出水口，所述進(jìn)水口和出水口相背設(shè)備；從所述中心線到所述離心泵的兩端，所述外殼結(jié)構(gòu)依次包括分別各自關(guān)于所述中心線對(duì)稱的裝有末級(jí)導(dǎo)葉的進(jìn)出水段、裝有導(dǎo)葉的導(dǎo)流中段、吸入泵蓋和軸承體；所述轉(zhuǎn)子部件結(jié)構(gòu)包括主軸以及設(shè)置在所述主軸上的軸承、軸承擋套、軸套、正流道葉輪組、反流道葉輪組和葉輪襯套，所述正流道葉輪組和反流道葉輪組以葉輪襯套的中點(diǎn)對(duì)稱布置；所述正流道葉輪組和反流道葉輪組都包括多個(gè)間隔設(shè)置的葉輪，所述葉輪、導(dǎo)葉和末級(jí)導(dǎo)葉共同形成多個(gè)相互連通的高壓腔，連通后的高壓腔一端與出水口相連通，另一端通過(guò)低壓腔與進(jìn)水口相連通。

優(yōu)勢(shì)：

軸向力和徑向力*平衡，無(wú)平衡水，通過(guò)雙殼體的結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)出水管線在同一條管線的中心線上，維修保養(yǎng)不需要拆卸管道，壓力腔內(nèi)置，提高了水泵運(yùn)行的安全性，比同一種參數(shù)的水泵效率要提高5%以上；另外，流量是同樣葉輪數(shù)的普通多級(jí)泵2倍，而壓力只有一半。進(jìn)水和出水在同一條中心線上，安裝拆卸方便，壓力腔內(nèi)置，使用更安全，維修保養(yǎng)不需要拆卸進(jìn)出水管道，十分方便。
