進(jìn)口雙吸單級(jí)流程泵(美國(guó)進(jìn)口品牌)

(1)啟動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作

①檢查軸承箱內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑油脂，加注太多反而因攪拌而發(fā)熱。若潤(rùn)滑油不足時(shí)應(yīng)予補(bǔ)足。 ②檢查地腳螺栓等固定連接件有無(wú)松動(dòng)，電機(jī)接地是否良好。

③盤泵，檢查泵軸是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，有無(wú)零部件相互摩擦的聲響。

④打開(kāi)泵殼和吸入管路高點(diǎn)的放氣閥，利用吸入罐液位靜水壓力自流灌泵，或用真空泵引油灌泵，確認(rèn)泵殼和吸入管路中沒(méi)有氣體后關(guān)閉放氣閥。

⑤關(guān)閉泵的出口閥門，準(zhǔn)備啟動(dòng)。

(2)啟動(dòng)啟動(dòng)電機(jī)，待排出管路上的壓力表達(dá)到額定值并穩(wěn)定后慢慢打開(kāi)泵的出口閥，調(diào)整到所需工況。泵的空轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間不宜太長(zhǎng)，“以免密封環(huán)干摩擦生熱，—般以不超過(guò)1～2min 為宜。

(3)運(yùn)行離心泵穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行后要隨時(shí)觀察泵的真空表、壓力表和電氣系統(tǒng)的電流表，如果出現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時(shí)對(duì)其原因作出判斷，并采取相應(yīng)措施。如不見(jiàn)效，應(yīng)停泵做進(jìn)一步檢查。同時(shí)，要注意觀測(cè)軸封的泄漏情況，監(jiān)聽(tīng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否平穩(wěn)，有無(wú)不正常的聲音。

(4)泵的切換其操作步驟是，按泵的啟動(dòng)方法啟動(dòng)備用泵，緩慢打開(kāi)備用泵出口閥，并保持短時(shí)間兩臺(tái)泵并聯(lián)運(yùn)行，待運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)后緩慢關(guān)閉臺(tái)泵的出口閥，然后停泵。泵的切換操作中，閥門的開(kāi)啟或關(guān)閉都不能太快，以免引起水擊。

(5)停泵先緩慢關(guān)閉出口閥，然后切斷電源，再關(guān)閉進(jìn)口閥；待泵體溫度下降到室溫后，關(guān)閉冷卻水和封液閥門；后做好運(yùn)行記錄。

裝配順序

1、轉(zhuǎn)子組裝

(1) 葉輪應(yīng)裝在軸的正確位置上，不能偏向一側(cè)，否則會(huì)造成與泵殼的軸向間隙不均而產(chǎn)生摩擦。

(2) 裝上軸套并擰緊軸套螺母。為防止水順軸漏出，在軸套與螺母間要用密封膠圈填塞。組裝后應(yīng)保證膠圈被軸套螺母壓緊且螺母與軸套已靠緊。

(3) 將密封環(huán)、填料套、水封環(huán)、填料壓蓋及擋水圈裝在軸上。

(4) 裝上軸承端蓋和軸承，擰緊軸承螺母，然后裝上軸承體并將軸承體和軸承端蓋緊固。

(5) 裝上聯(lián)軸器。

2、吊入轉(zhuǎn)子

(1) 將前述裝好的轉(zhuǎn)子組件平穩(wěn)地吊入泵體內(nèi)。

(2) 將密封環(huán)就位后，盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子，觀察密封環(huán)有無(wú)摩擦，應(yīng)調(diào)整密封環(huán)直到盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子輕快為止。

3、扣泵蓋

將泵蓋扣上后，緊固泵結(jié)合面螺栓及兩側(cè)的軸承體壓蓋。然后，盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子看是否與以前有所不同，若沒(méi)有明顯異常，即可將空氣管、密封水管等連接上，把填料加好，接著，就可以進(jìn)行對(duì)聯(lián)軸器找正了。

3、單吸雙吸離心泵安裝精度

這里給出的主要是聯(lián)軸器對(duì)中的精度要求。泵與電機(jī)聯(lián)軸器裝好后，其間應(yīng)保持2～3mm間隙，兩聯(lián)軸器的外圓上下、左右的偏差不得超過(guò)0.1mm，兩聯(lián)軸器端面間隙的大、小值差值不得超過(guò)0.08mm。
