產(chǎn)品描述：

蝸殼式混流泵是按系列而設(shè)計的高節(jié)能產(chǎn)品。其性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到*水平，省材節(jié)能*。  

用途  

混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。  

特點  

體積小、重量輕、流量大、效率高，汽蝕性能好，高效區(qū)范圍寬廣而平坦，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用管理方法，維修容易。  

水泵的傳動方式  

混流泵均機(jī)（電）兩用，其轉(zhuǎn)動方式視各地區(qū)動力情況而定，訂貨時根據(jù)原動機(jī)的型號（功率、轉(zhuǎn)速）確定水泵的傳動方式，以定皮帶輪的大小或聯(lián)軸器的規(guī)格。  

水泵轉(zhuǎn)向：  

從水泵進(jìn)水口看葉輪為逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)（即箭頭所示的方向旋轉(zhuǎn)）。  

結(jié)構(gòu)及作用說明  

混流泵由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸和軸承體等主要零件構(gòu)成。  

泵蓋是泵與進(jìn)水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活 動間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產(chǎn)生摩擦，過大則會導(dǎo)致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調(diào)整紙墊達(dá)到規(guī)定的要求的間隙。  

密封裝置是由填料函、水封函、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根組成。其作用有：  

1、荼時防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。  

2、抽水時防止水從泵內(nèi)過多的沿軸大量流出。  

軸套用來保護(hù)軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若*使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過多，可換軸套。  

水泵軸的兩個支承是軸承體內(nèi)的軸承，軸承體內(nèi)存有適量潤滑脂以潤滑軸承。  

軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵流入軸承體內(nèi)，從而保護(hù)軸承，延長使用壽命。
