該泵具有耐腐、耐磨、耐高溫、不老化、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、無毒素分解、使用溫度寬，輸送介質(zhì)溫度為-85℃-200℃等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

氟塑料襯里離心泵按*標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì),泵體采用金屬外殼內(nèi)襯聚全氟乙丙烯(F46);泵蓋、葉輪和軸套均用金屬嵌件外包氟塑料整體燒結(jié)壓制成型,軸封采用外裝式波紋管機(jī)械密封;靜環(huán)選用99.9%(氧化鋁陶瓷或氮化硅);動(dòng)環(huán)采用四氟填充材料。其特點(diǎn)是耐腐耐磨密封性能*可靠。

產(chǎn)品用途:

本泵適用于輸送任何濃度的硫酸、鹽酸、醋酸、硝酸、王水、強(qiáng)堿、強(qiáng)氧化劑、有機(jī)溶劑、還原劑等苛刻條件的強(qiáng)腐蝕性介質(zhì),是目前世界上耐腐蝕裝備之一。它的大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)*合理、耐強(qiáng)腐蝕、密封性能嚴(yán)密可靠、工作穩(wěn)定、噪聲低、使用壽命長。

泵啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行與停止：

1.氟塑料耐腐蝕泵起動(dòng)前應(yīng)將泵內(nèi)灌滿加足輸送的液體，嚴(yán)禁無液起動(dòng)。

2.關(guān)閉出口閥門，接通電源后馬上檢查泵的轉(zhuǎn)向必須按泵的轉(zhuǎn)向箭頭一致，嚴(yán)禁逆向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

3.氟塑料耐腐蝕泵起動(dòng)后達(dá)到正常轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，再逐漸打開出口閥門，并調(diào)節(jié)到所需要的工況投入運(yùn)行。在吐出管路上的閥門關(guān)閉情況下，泵連續(xù)工作的時(shí)間不能超過3分鐘。

4.停機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)先將出口的閥門關(guān)閉，然后再切斷電源。

泵維修與保養(yǎng)：

1.定期檢查泵和電機(jī)，更換易損零件發(fā)布。

2.經(jīng)常注意對(duì)軸承箱加注優(yōu)質(zhì)鈣基潤滑脂，以保證軸承良好的潤滑狀態(tài)。

3.*停機(jī)不使用時(shí)，除將泵內(nèi)腐蝕性液體放凈外，更應(yīng)注意各部件及泵內(nèi)流道的清洗干凈，并切斷電源。

4.泵嚴(yán)禁空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

5.介質(zhì)中如含有固體顆粒時(shí)，應(yīng)在泵入口處須加過濾器。
