進(jìn)口多級(jí)泵(美國(guó)進(jìn)口)

結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明：

1、泵殼體部分
泵殼體部分主要由軸承、前段、中段、后段、導(dǎo)葉等用螺栓聯(lián)接成整體，前段吸入口中線呈水平線，后段吐出口中線與水平垂直。
2、轉(zhuǎn)子部分
轉(zhuǎn)子部分主要由軸承及安裝在軸上的葉輪、軸套、平衡盤(pán)等零件組成。軸上零件用平鍵和軸套螺母緊固使之與軸成為一體。整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子由兩端軸承支承在泵殼體上，轉(zhuǎn)子部分的葉輪數(shù)目是根據(jù)泵的級(jí)數(shù)而定。
3、軸承部分
本泵軸承有滑動(dòng)軸承和滾動(dòng)軸承兩種，按型號(hào)不同而定，均不承受軸向力。泵在運(yùn)行中應(yīng)當(dāng)允許轉(zhuǎn)子部分在泵殼體中軸向游動(dòng)，不能采用向心軸承。
4、泵的密封
泵的前段、中段、后段之間密封面均采用二硫化鉬潤(rùn)滑脂密封，轉(zhuǎn)子部分與固定部分之間靠密封環(huán)、導(dǎo)葉套、填料密封，當(dāng)密封環(huán)和導(dǎo)葉套的磨損程度已影響泵的工作和性能時(shí)應(yīng)予及時(shí)更換。
5、平衡機(jī)構(gòu)
平衡機(jī)構(gòu)由平衡環(huán)、平衡盤(pán)、平衡套等組成，平衡機(jī)構(gòu)用于平衡泵的軸向力。 成套供應(yīng)泵，防爆電機(jī)、公用底座或本身底座、止回閥、閘閥和備件。

性能特點(diǎn)：

1）節(jié)能：采用*的水力模型，自主研發(fā)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品；由于泵轉(zhuǎn)子沒(méi)有了平衡盤(pán)的磨損及軸向脈動(dòng)，葉輪與導(dǎo)葉的對(duì)中性總是處于好狀態(tài)，不會(huì)像普通多級(jí)泵結(jié)構(gòu)隨平衡盤(pán)的磨損、轉(zhuǎn)子部件前移而出現(xiàn)效率明顯下降；且沒(méi)有了平衡水的泄露，減少了容積損失，在整體上提高了泵的運(yùn)行效率，降低了軸功率，比普通多級(jí)泵效率平均高2%-3%；

2）新結(jié)構(gòu)：具有對(duì)稱(chēng)布置的葉輪轉(zhuǎn)子部件，各級(jí)對(duì)稱(chēng)葉輪所產(chǎn)生的軸向力相互抵消，無(wú)需采用平衡盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)就能實(shí)現(xiàn)泵腔內(nèi)巨大軸向推力的自動(dòng)平衡，突破了多級(jí)泵的傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)；

3）新技術(shù)：*的節(jié)流、減壓裝置，奇數(shù)級(jí)平衡裝置，還能起到輔助支承作用；

4）高可靠性：葉輪的對(duì)稱(chēng)布置，使運(yùn)行中產(chǎn)生的軸向推力基本得到自相平衡，從而不需要小間隙、高壓降、易沖刷、易磨損、易出故障的平衡盤(pán)裝置，使軸向力載荷對(duì)泵的磨損和對(duì)系統(tǒng)干擾的不利影響降到小。殘余軸向力由推力軸承承受，這樣使泵軸始終處于受拉狀態(tài)、軸的受力狀態(tài)均勻，且應(yīng)力峰值較原型結(jié)構(gòu)大大降低，從而提高了泵轉(zhuǎn)子的剛性和臨界轉(zhuǎn)速，使泵轉(zhuǎn)子運(yùn)行的平穩(wěn)性和可靠性顯著提高；

5）汽蝕性能好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)：優(yōu)化的水力及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、精密的鑄造、可靠的耐磨材質(zhì)，部分型號(hào)泵首級(jí)葉輪采用雙吸結(jié)構(gòu)，使泵具有良好的抗汽蝕性能，整機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪音低、使用壽命長(zhǎng)；

6）機(jī)封強(qiáng)可靠性：泵啟、停時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子部件沒(méi)有軸向竄動(dòng)，工作時(shí)沒(méi)有軸向脈動(dòng)，克服了一直困擾多級(jí)泵的機(jī)封可靠性差這一難題；

7）應(yīng)用廣泛：取消了小間隙平衡盤(pán)，比傳統(tǒng)多級(jí)泵結(jié)構(gòu)適應(yīng)介質(zhì)性質(zhì)更為惡劣的場(chǎng)合；
