油加熱設備由水箱、加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)、動力傳輸系統(tǒng)、液位控制系統(tǒng)以及溫度傳感器、注入口等器件組成。通常情況下，動力傳輸系統(tǒng)中的泵使熱流體從裝有內置加熱器和冷卻器的水箱中到達模具，再從模具回到水箱；溫度傳感器測量熱流體的溫度并把數據傳送到控制部分的控制器；控制器調節(jié)熱流體的溫度，從而間接調節(jié)模具的溫度。如果模溫機在生產中，模具的溫度超過控制器的設定值，控制器就會打開電磁閥接通進水管，直到熱流液的溫度，即模具的溫度回到設定值。如果模具溫度低于設定值，控制器就會打開加熱器。
