【進(jìn)口波紋管減壓閥】結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明:
1、閥前進(jìn)口介質(zhì)壓力從閥瓣和閥體密封圈開(kāi)啟間隙進(jìn)入體腔使介質(zhì)壓力流滿波紋管的組合箱,波紋管和彈簧因受介質(zhì)壓力的擠壓而壓縮,閥瓣隨著閥桿位移,閥瓣產(chǎn)生對(duì)閥體密封圈的關(guān)閉,將閥前介質(zhì)截止,不作閥后介質(zhì)壓力的補(bǔ)充。當(dāng)閥后的介質(zhì)壓力降低,波紋管因受調(diào)節(jié)彈簧的徑項(xiàng)力,使波紋管疊紋變形,閥桿將閥瓣頂開(kāi)。使介質(zhì)通過(guò)閥體密封圈補(bǔ)充閥后壓力的降低。 2、本閥是由閥體、閥蓋、閥瓣、閥體密封圈、閥桿、波紋管、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成,體腔進(jìn)口組裝有閥瓣、閥體密封圈和輔彈簧,輔彈簧是保持閥瓣和閥體密封圈自動(dòng)的密封,出口體腔組裝彈性密封元件(波紋管)即保證閥后介質(zhì)壓力的泄漏和克服壓力不均勻度的補(bǔ)償。螺釘是調(diào)整彈簧負(fù)荷壓力減壓閥工作性能。

波紋管式減壓閥用于溫度在180℃以下的蒸汽、空氣及其無(wú)腐蝕性氣體的管路上,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)節(jié),使通過(guò)閥內(nèi)的介質(zhì)壓力減至某一需要的出口壓力,并使介質(zhì)的出口壓力保持相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,但波紋管減壓閥進(jìn)口壓力與出口壓力之差必須大于或等于0.2MPa
【進(jìn)口波紋管減壓閥】工作原理:
介質(zhì)走向由上進(jìn)下出,當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)出口壓力時(shí),順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺栓,迫使活塞向下移動(dòng),打開(kāi)主閥,改變節(jié)流面積,造成壓力損失,實(shí)現(xiàn)減壓。由于減壓閥閥后介質(zhì)通過(guò)“X”通道流入活塞下腔并與活塞上方保持平衡,當(dāng)壓力和流量變化時(shí),使主閥節(jié)流面積始終保持相應(yīng)位置,由于減壓閥Y42F采用卸荷機(jī)構(gòu),減小了進(jìn)口壓力變化對(duì)出口壓力的影響,同時(shí)加大了出口壓力作用面積,即加大敏感元件作用面積,從而減小了閥門出口壓力偏差,大大提高了減壓閥的穩(wěn)壓精度。
調(diào)壓方法:
1、關(guān)閉減壓閥前的截止閥,開(kāi)啟減壓閥后的截止閥,制造下游低壓環(huán)境。
2、卸下減壓閥上端的防護(hù)罩調(diào)節(jié)螺釘按逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)*位置(相對(duì)低出口壓力),然后關(guān)閉減壓閥后截止閥。
3、慢慢開(kāi)啟減壓閥前的截止閥至全開(kāi)。
4、順時(shí)針緩慢旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘,將出口壓力調(diào)至所需的壓力(以閥后表為準(zhǔn))調(diào)整后,將鎖緊螺母?jìng)渚o,擰上防護(hù)罩,打開(kāi)減壓閥后截止閥。
