A Product Overview
KYN61-40.5 indoor AC metal armoured removable switchgear series (hereinafter referred to as switchgear). Applicable to indoor three-phase 50Hz, rated voltage 35KV, 25KV, 12KV power system. Mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions and high-rise buildings, as receiving and distributing energy, and large-scale high-voltage motor start-up. It has the functions of control, protection, detection and so on. It can also be used to control the places where frequent operation takes place.
This switchgear can meet the requirements of GB3906 "3.6 kV-40.5 kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment", IEC 60694: 2002 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standard", DL404-S1 "Technical Conditions for Order of Indoor AC Switchgear Containers", IEC298 and other standards. It also has the functions of preventing misoperation of circuit breakers, preventing live handcarts from being charged; Turn off the grounding switch, prevent the grounding switch from sending electricity when it is in the grounding position, and prevent it from mistakenly entering live isolation.
II. Environmental Conditions for Use
2.1 Altitude: no more than 2000 meters.
2.2 ambient temperature: the upper limit is 40 and the lower limit is - 10 C.
2.3 Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.
2.4 Earthquake Intensity: No more than 8 degrees.
2.5 There is no danger of fire and explosion, no severe pollution such as violent vibration and chemical corrosion.
Note: When exceeding the above environmental conditions, users should consult with the manufacturer.
Three main characteristics
3.1 The structure of cabinet body is made of aluminium-zinc coated sheet bolted by CNC machine tools using multiple bending process.
3.2 All operations are carried out under closed cabinet doors.
3.3 The protective level of the switch cabinet shell reaches IP4X, and the protective level of each compartment is IP2X.
3.4 It has perfect and effective "five preventive" function to prevent misoperation.
3.5 It can be equipped with ZN85-40.5 (3AV3), ZN83A (VS1), VD4 ZN21, 3AH, VB2, VEP vacuum circuit breaker, VC7 vacuum contactor, C3 series fixed load switch and disconnector. With additional communication interface, it can be connected with the mobile phone of the staff on duty to implement remote control and remote measurement functions.
3.6 It can be equipped with voltage transformer handcart, lightning arrester handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart, fuse handcart and transformer landing handcart. The handcart of the same specificatin has interchangeability.
3.7 Installation of reliable wall of cabinet body (reserved maintenance channel) and maintenance before cabinet to reduce occupied area.
3.8 Cable room has abundant space and can connect multiple cables.
3.9 Heaters can be installed in circuit breaker room and cable room respectively to prevent condensation and corrosion.

一 產(chǎn)品概述
KYN61-40.5 型戶內(nèi)交流金屬鎧裝移開式開關(guān)設(shè)備系列（以下簡稱開關(guān)設(shè)備）。適用于戶內(nèi)三相50Hz，額定電壓35KV、25KV、12KV的電力系統(tǒng)。主要應(yīng)用于發(fā)電廠、變電站、工礦企事業(yè)單位及高層建筑中，作為接受和分配電能、及大型高壓電動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)之用。對(duì)電路起到控制、保護(hù)、檢測等功能，還可用于控制頻繁操作的場所。
本開關(guān)設(shè)備能滿足GB3906《3. 6 kV -40. 5 kV 交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備》、IEC 60694: 2002 《高壓開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的共用技術(shù)要求》、DL404－S1《戶內(nèi)交流開關(guān)柜定貨技術(shù)條件》、IEC298等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，并且具有防止誤操作斷路器；防止帶負(fù)荷拉手車；防止帶電關(guān)合接地開關(guān)；防止接地開關(guān)在接地位置時(shí)送電和防止誤入帶電隔離等“五防”功能。
二 使用環(huán)境條件
2.1 海拔高度：不超過2000米。
2.2 環(huán)境溫度：上限為40℃；下限為-10℃。
2.3 相對(duì)濕度：日平均值不大于95%，月平均不大于90%。
2.4 地震烈度：不超過8度。
2.5 沒有火災(zāi)爆炸危險(xiǎn)，沒有劇烈震動(dòng)及化學(xué)腐蝕等嚴(yán)重污穢的場所。
注：超出上述環(huán)境條件時(shí)，用戶應(yīng)與制造廠協(xié)商。
三 主要特點(diǎn)
3.1 柜體結(jié)構(gòu)采用敷鋁鋅板經(jīng)CNC機(jī)床使用多重折彎工藝加工之后栓接而成。
3.2 所有操作均在柜門關(guān)閉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行。
3.3 開關(guān)柜的外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)達(dá)到IP4X，各隔室的防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP2X。
3.4 具備完善有效的“五防” 功能，防止誤操作。
3.5 可配用ZN85-40.5（3AV3）、ZN83A（VS1）、VD4 ZN21、3AH、VB2、VEP型真空斷路器，VC7真空接觸器、C3系列固定式負(fù)荷開關(guān)及隔離開關(guān)等。加配通訊接口，可與值班人員手機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)，實(shí)行搖控、搖測功能。
3.6 可配用電壓互感器手車、避雷器手車、計(jì)量手車、隔離手車、熔斷器手車、所用變壓器落地手車，相同規(guī)格的手車具有互換性。
3.7 柜體可靠墻安裝（預(yù)留檢修通道）、柜前維護(hù)，減少占地面積。
3.8 電纜室空間充裕、可連接多根電纜。
3.9斷路器室和電纜室可分別加裝加熱器，防止凝露與腐蝕發(fā)生。
