一、電氣絕緣檢測移動式SF6氣體回收充氣試驗設(shè)備用途
NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置主要用于SF6電器開關(guān)制造廠、研究所、試驗站、鐵路和鋼鐵冶煉、發(fā)電廠、送變電工程公司、超高壓輸變電站等供配電部門對GIS SF6開關(guān)電器進行抽真空、充氣、回收凈化SF6氣體及液化罐裝貯存SF6氣體。也可用于SF6開關(guān)電器產(chǎn)品在安裝、調(diào)試及檢修時使用的輔助設(shè)備,除去超標的水分、油份、塵埃等雜質(zhì),提升其絕緣性能。SF6氣體回收裝置的工作原理是用于主機將設(shè)備氣室內(nèi)的SF6氣體抽出并壓縮至臨界壓力,使其成為液體后存入貯罐中貯存。在開關(guān)室需要時,將貯罐中的氣體回充到設(shè)備室內(nèi)。其中還含有干燥系統(tǒng)、凈化系統(tǒng),保證回收的SF6氣體中的含水量、含油量及雜質(zhì)達到國家標準。同時還含有抽真空系統(tǒng),保證設(shè)備中盡量不混入空氣和雜質(zhì),也可用于別的氣體的使用。
二、裝置主要性能標
1、抽真空速率
在初壓力為0.1 Mpa終壓力小于133 pa條件下,抽真空速率為小于10m3/ h 、5m3/ h。
2、充氣速率
在初壓力小于133pa終壓力達0.8Mpa條件下,充氣速率為小于10m3/ h 、5 m3/ h。
3、回收速率
在初壓力為0.8Mpa終壓力小于100pa條件下,回收速率為2m3/h。
4、凈化SF6氣體純度(質(zhì)量控制):回收后SF6氣體的微量水份(氣體濕度)小于50PPMm/V(體積比),油份小于10PPMm/G(重量比),塵埃粒徑小于20µm。
5、凈化SF6氣體溫度控制:
制冷機溫度設(shè)定為0℃-20℃儲液罐加熱溫度設(shè)定溫度為100℃,活化分子篩加熱溫度設(shè)定為400℃。
6、 裝置的真空度保持:在133Pa壓力下保持24h,真空度上升小于400Pa。
7、凈化SF6氣體濕度控制:當氣源的六氟化硫氣體濕度為:≥1000μL/L時,經(jīng)一次回收后的氣體濕度應(yīng)低于: <80μL/L。
8、zui高儲氣壓力:<4.0Mpa。
9、裝置平均*時間≥1000h。
10、累積*運行時間≥5000h。
