用途　USE
    鈦壓力表適用于測量對鈦合金不起腐蝕作用的強腐蝕性介質的壓力.
    As made from Ti-alloys,the gauge is applicable to pressure measurement for highly corrosive mediums which should be noncorrodible to Ti - alloys.
結構與原理
鈦壓力表是由測量系統(tǒng)(包括接頭,彈簧管,齒輪傳動機構),指標系統(tǒng)(指針,度盤),表殼部分組成.接頭和彈簧管是用特殊金屬-鈦制成,耐 腐蝕性強,故此儀表可測量強腐蝕性介質的壓力.其工作原理是基于彈性元件彈簧管變形.當被測介質由接頭進入彈簧管,使彈簧管自由端產 生位移.此位移借助連桿,經齒輪傳動機構的壓力傳遞和放大,使指針在度盤上指示出壓力.
此儀表的結構型式為I型(徑向)和II型(徑向后帶邊).
The special gauge is composed of three parts: the measuring system includign joint, Bourdon tube and gear drive; the indicator including pointer and dial; the casing. It is featured by that both the Joint and Bourdon tube are made from Ti-alloy with high corrosion - resistance, so is applicable to pressure measurement for highly corrosive mediums. Based on the deformation of Bourdon tube, an elastic element,the gauge will be brought into effect as the medium to be measured enters into Bourdon tube through joint, then a displacement takes place at the end of the Bourdon tube. The displece-ment will further be transmitted and amplified by means of connecting rod and gear drive, and the pointer indicates the value of pressure on dial.
Types I and II are both suppliable: the axial and the axial with rear flange, respectively.
